2. Purpose of the site
Mathovore publishes math lessons, worksheets with answer keys, tests with scoring guides and online quizzes. The English version follows the Common Core State Standards from Grade 1 to Algebra 2 and the College Board course frameworks for AP Calculus AB and AP Statistics. “User” means any person who visits or uses the site. Users are asked to remain courteous and to act in good faith.
The team does its best to publish accurate and up-to-date content, but cannot guarantee that every piece of information is complete or free of errors. Users rely on the content at their own responsibility and are invited to report any mistake through the contact form.
3. Availability
The site is in principle available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during maintenance or in case of force majeure. Mathovore is bound only by an obligation of means and cannot be held liable for any damage caused by the site being unavailable.
4. Intellectual property
Sébastien Reingbach holds all intellectual property rights, or the rights of use, on every element of the site: texts, exercises, solutions, figures, images, logos, the Mathovore character, icons and software. Any reproduction, adaptation or publication of all or part of the site, by any means, requires prior written permission requested through the contact form. Otherwise it is an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code. Students, parents and teachers may print the PDF documents for personal or classroom use.
5. Links and cookies
The site may contain links to other websites. Mathovore cannot check their content and is not responsible for it. Cookies may be stored by your browser during your visit; they are described in the privacy policy, which also explains how to refuse them.
6. Personal data
Mathovore collects personal data only for the services that need it (contact form, member account, membership). Users have a right of access, correction, deletion and objection; the details are in the privacy policy. To use these rights, write to us through the contact form.
7. Memberships
When memberships are available, plans renew automatically at the end of each period. A member can cancel at any time from the member area or directly from PayPal; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no refund for the current period. Payments are processed securely by PayPal; no bank details are stored on our servers.
8. Consent management
Mathovore takes part in and complies with the IAB Europe Transparency Consent Framework and uses Consent Management Platform no. 92. You can change your choices at any time from the cookie banner.
9. Applicable law
This legal notice is governed by French law. The French version of this notice prevails in case of a difference of interpretation.
