🎯 Which book should I pick?

The lessons are the reference for the whole year: open them whenever a topic from class is not clear. The worksheets are for practice before a quiz, with every answer worked out in the second part of the book. The tests come last: one 20-point test per chapter, with a scoring guide, to make sure the topic is mastered before the real test at school. Many families take the lessons and the worksheets of the same grade; students who are already comfortable often start directly with the worksheets. In all, the collection prints 4,973 pages.

Elementary School math books

Grades 1 to 5: five years to make friends with numbers, the four operations, fractions, measurement and shapes. Short chapters with plenty of pictures, easy to read together at the kitchen table.

Grade 1 Math

What makes a Mathovore book

Written by the team behind the free lessons of Mathovore, with the same care for clear explanations.

Standards on every chapter

Each chapter prints its Common Core codes, so you know exactly which standard is being worked on.

Complete answer keys

Every worksheet problem and every test question has a worked solution, not just a final number.

Made for printing

US Letter pages, a clickable table of contents, bookmarks for reading on screen and a color cover.

A copy in your name

Each file is personalized when you download it, and your link only opens on your own devices.

Who are these books for?

From the parent helping with homework to the tutor planning a session, everyone gets a ready-to-use resource.

Students

To go back over a lesson, get ready for a test or get ahead over the summer.

Parents

To see what is expected in each grade and help without reinventing the lesson.

Tutors

A complete sequence of chapters and solved problems to structure every session.

Homeschooling families

A clear path for the entire year, from the first chapter to the last test.

From Grade 1 to AP, one continuous path

The books of the collection build on each other: every volume starts from what the previous year taught.

  1. Grades 1 · 2 · 3

    The foundations

Place value, addition and subtraction, the times tables and the first fractions.

  2. Grades 4 · 5 · 6

    Fractions, decimals, ratios

Multi-digit operations, fractions and decimals, then ratios, rates and percents.

  3. Grades 7 · 8 · Algebra 1

    The move to algebra

Rational numbers, equations and functions, linear systems and quadratics.

  4. Geometry · Algebra 2 · Precalc · AP

    Ready for college math

Proof, trigonometry, logarithms, then calculus and statistics at AP level.

Your questions about Mathovore books

Another question? Write to us from our contact form.

How do I receive my books?

Right after PayPal confirms the payment, your download page opens and every book is one click away. A confirmation email sent to your PayPal address contains the same link, so you can come back later.

Can I buy books for several children in one order?

Yes, that is what the backpack is for: add the Grade 3 worksheets for one child and the Algebra 1 lessons for another, then pay once. Every book costs $9.99, whatever the grade.

How can I pay?

Checkout goes through PayPal. Most credit and debit cards are accepted too, without opening a PayPal account. Mathovore never sees your card details.

Do the books follow the Common Core?

Yes. Grades 1 to 8 follow the Common Core State Standards grade by grade, and every chapter prints its standard codes. Algebra 1, Geometry and Algebra 2 follow the high school standards; the two AP books are organized by the units of the College Board courses.

On which devices can I read them?

On anything that opens a PDF: computer, tablet, phone or e-reader. One order can be opened on three devices; the first one is recognized automatically, the others receive a confirmation code by email.

Why is my name printed at the bottom of the pages?

Each file is made for you at download time: a discreet line in the footer shows the buyer and the order number. That is how we keep prices low while discouraging copies on the internet.

Can a teacher use the books with a class?

Yes, to prepare lessons and to print pages for their own students. The file itself must not be shared: each family that wants the complete book buys its own copy.

Does the download link expire?

No, your download page stays open. Each book can be downloaded fifteen times, which is plenty to change computers or print it again next school year.

I lost the confirmation email. What now?

No problem: on the page Find my books, type the email address of your PayPal account and all your links will be sent again.

Can I return a book or get a refund?

These are digital downloads delivered as soon as the payment is confirmed, so all sales are final. Before paying, read the table of contents of each book above to choose the right grade or course.

The lessons on the website are free. What does a book add?

The pages of Mathovore stay free. A book gathers a whole year in one file, in order, without ads, with a cover, a clickable table of contents and a layout made for printing. Buying one also supports the site.
